How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick any plan and you get 14 days with that plan’s full feature set. Your card is on file but isn’t charged until day 15, when the first month (or year) of your chosen plan begins. Cancel any time before then and you won’t be charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Stripe handles proration automatically — upgrades create a prorated charge for the rest of the cycle, downgrades credit the difference toward your next invoice.
What counts as a sequence?
Each end-customer who enters a Recovery or Protection sequence counts as one against your monthly allowance — Protection draws from the same pool. It resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle, anchored to your billing date (monthly even on annual plans).
What’s different about Enterprise?
Higher volume than Scale’s 1,500-sequence cap, dedicated onboarding, and contract terms tailored to what you need. Enterprise starts at $799/mo — tell us about your volume and we’ll scope it together.
Do you offer refunds?
The 14-day trial lets you confirm Mendworthy works before you pay — cancel any time before day 15 and you won’t be charged. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, email [email protected] within 30 days.
